Checks if the OraIntervalYM
object is greater than an argument.

The arguments for the method are:

Returns a Boolean value: The value is True
if the OraIntervalYM
object is greater than the argument; otherwise, it is False
.

, it must be in the following format: [+/-] YEARS-MONTHS.
If value
is a numeric value, the value provided should represent the total number of years that the constructed OraIntervalYM
object represents.
