Below the text is a panel labeled Authentication, which contains radio buttons labeled None and Password. When the Password radio button is selected, fields labeled Enter Password: and Confirm Password: become active.

At the bottom of the dialog are buttons labeled Back (grayed out), Next, Cancel, and Help.
