ALL_LOB_PARTITIONS
displays the LOB partitions in the tables accessible to the current user.
DBA_LOB_PARTITIONS
displays all LOB partitions in the database.
USER_LOB_PARTITIONS
displays the LOB partitions owned by the current user. This view does not display the TABLE_OWNER
column.
