This screenshot shows the Create Streams Administrator page. At the top of the page is the text, "Select the databases, on which you want to create Streams Administrator, and enter the DBA credentials, and the Streams Administrator user name and password. The DBA User for creating Streams Administrator should be an existing Administrator with SYSDBA privileges.Also ensure that all the selected databases should have the same DBA user and password, and the tablespace entered for the Streams Administrator user should be available on all the selected databases."

On the right side of the page is the text, "Streams Administrator account will be created with the following privileges:
RESTRICTED SESSION system privilege
privileges to enqueue and dequeue events from any queue
privileges to manage any queue
privileges to create, alter and execute Rule Sets, Rules and Evaluation Contexts in the user's own schema and in other schemas
In addition, the Streams Administrator has the ability to grant these privileges to other users
SELECT_CATALOG_ROLE
SELECT privilege on data dictionary views related to Oracle Streams
The ability to allow a remote Oracle Streams administrator to perform administrative actions through a database link by connecting to the grantee."
The Credentials section includes the following fields:
DBA Username
