This screenshot shows the Advanced dialog box that enables you to perform advanced synchronization options. There are two lists, at the top of the dialog box, labeled Matching Strategy and Synchronize Strategy. Below the list on the right-hand side is the Refresh Plan button.

Below the Refresh Plan button are two tables, displayed one below the other. The table at the top has the following columns, from left to right: Source, Target, and Action. The table below is labeled Properties and it contains the following columns, from left to right: Attribute, Source, and Target.

At the lower left-hand corner of the dialog box is the Help button. At the lower right-hand corner of the dialog box, are the following buttons, ordered from left to right: Ok and Cancel.
