This is a screen capture of the DICOM Image Archive Administration Admin Home page, with the user-defined constraint document (pct_1.xml) that was added to the repository. The new document (highlighted in this figure) appears in the last row of the table, with pct_1.xml in the Doc Name column, CONSTRAINT in the Doc Type column, 29-MAY-09 in the Create Date column, and 0 in the Installed By Oracle column.
